Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Rental Executive located in Gurugram. The Car Rental Executive will manage daily operations related to car rental services, including handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring accurate documentation. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and assisting in the development of car rental packages and promotions.

• Experience in customer service and handling client inquiries
• Proficiency in processing bookings and managing documentation
• Strong coordination and communication skills with clients and suppliers
• Ability to develop car rental packages and promotions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the car rental industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
