Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding car rental bookings, cancellations, and inquiries.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about available vehicles, rental rates, promotions, and policies.

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their requirements.

  • Maintain detailed records of all bookings, transactions, and customer interactions for reporting and reference purposes.

  • Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and timely service.

  • Uphold professional conduct and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Prior experience in car rentals, travel services, or hospitality is a plus.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.

  • Professional and courteous demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving
