Job Description

Guest services: Greet guests warmly, open car doors, assist with luggage, and provide directions or information. Vehicle handling: Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, conduct pre- and post-vehicle inspections for existing damage, and ensure all keys are secured. Vehicle and area management: Maintain a clean and organized parking area, document vehicle details and parking locations, and ensure the security of parked cars. Professional conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, and handle guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner. Required skills and qualifications A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and lift heavy objects. Knowledge of traffic laws and the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles. High school diploma or GED.
