The Civil Supervisor will oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring work is performed according to approved plans and specifications. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating site activities, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality control measures are adhered to, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders. The Civil Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and timelines. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage teams effectively Proven experience in Site Supervision and overseeing On-Site construction activities Experience in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to standards and specifications Effective Communication skills for interacting with teams, contractors, and clients Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred Previous experience in similar roles within the construction industry is an advantage
