Position Overview As a Car Detailer at Carmaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining customers’ vehicles to the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, customer interaction, and a passion for automobiles. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring every vehicle serviced reflects the Carmaa quality promise. Key Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior cleaning, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing vehicles. Conduct deep cleaning and detailing — dashboard, seats, door panels, carpets, windows, engine bay, and wheel arches. Apply protective coatings, polishes, and conditioners to enhance vehicle appearance and durability. Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality control and completeness of work. Manage and maintain cleaning tools, detailing kits, and other equipment in proper condition. Follow company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure efficient water and material usage. Maintain service records and report daily tasks to the Supervisor or Operations Manager via the Carmaa app. Assist in training new team members when required.
