Car Body Shop Service Advisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for interacting with customers and assessing vehicle damages. Your main duties will include greeting customers, inspecting accident/repair vehicles, and explaining repair processes clearly. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing detailed cost estimates, coordinating with insurance surveyors, and ensuring approvals for accident/claim repairs. It will be your responsibility to communicate repair requirements to body shop technicians, track progress, and maintain quality standards. You will also provide customer updates on repair status, obtain approvals for additional work, and ensure smooth delivery post-repair. Moreover, you will focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, handling complaints effectively, and promoting value-added body shop services like paint protection and dent removal.
