Car Body Shop Service Advisor

• Customer Interaction & Damage Assessment – Greet customers, inspect accident/repair vehicles, and clearly explain repair processes.
• Job Estimation & Insurance Coordination – Prepare detailed cost estimates, liaise with insurance surveyors, and ensure approvals for accident/claim repairs.
• Workshop Coordination – Communicate repair requirements to body shop technicians, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Customer Updates & Vehicle Delivery – Provide timely updates on repair status, obtain approvals for additional work, and ensure smooth delivery post-repair.
• Customer Satisfaction & Service Promotion – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle complaints effectively, and promote paint protection, dent removal, and other value-added body shop services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
