The Operations & Logistics Executive will play a crucial role in managing the daily order flow, export documentation, and shipment tracking for an international fine jewelry business. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth processing of orders, timely shipping, and providing customers with regular updates on their orders. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from confirmation to delivery, handling export documentation including customs filings for Malaysia exports, coordinating with factories and logistics partners to prepare shipments, tracking orders in real-time, and updating the internal team on the status of shipments. Additionally, you will be expected to share accurate order status and shipment details with customers and assist in maintaining and improving existing order management systems. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain execution. Familiarity with export and shipping documentation would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in tools like Excel, CRMs, and order management platforms are essential. Effective communication skills for coordinating with customers and vendors are also necessary. It would be a bonus if you have prior experience in e-commerce, jewelry, or fashion logistics, an understanding of international shipping processes, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia, and experience working in a startup environment where multitasking is key.,
