Captain/ Supervisor-F&B Service

Staff and team management

• Supervise and lead the F&B service team to ensure high standards of service.
• Train and orient new team members.
• Assign duties and manage daily schedules.
• Ensure staff meet hygiene and discipline standards.

Guest service and satisfaction

• Greet guests, manage seating and reservations, and assist with orders.
• Ensure a positive dining experience by addressing concerns and complaints promptly.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages.
• Handle special requests and dietary needs.

Operational duties

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory and supplies.
• Ensure all equipment, furniture, and table settings are clean, hygienic, and in good working order.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and front and back of house.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Other responsibilities

• Assist in menu planning and updates.
• Promote sales through upselling.
• Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, and the kitchen.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
