Captain – Food & Beverage

Work Location: Thrissur, Kerala – Dass Continental (4-Star Hotel)

About Us:

Dass Continental, a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, is known for its excellence in hospitality and dining experiences. We are seeking a professional and guest-oriented F&B Captain to supervise service operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Role Overview:

The Captain will oversee the restaurant service team, manage guest interactions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires leadership skills, strong service knowledge, and the ability to maintain high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations.
• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely and accurate service.
• Allocate duties to service staff and monitor performance.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Train and guide stewards to maintain 4-star service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, table setups, and overall service ambiance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain/Head Waiter in a 4-star hotel or reputed restaurant.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food & beverage service operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000++ per month (based on experience & expertise).
• Food and accommodation provided.
• Monthly 4 leaves.
• 10 working hours daily + OT pay for extra hours.
