About The Role
Rentomojo seeks a self-starter who will contribute to the design and execution of efficient and innovativecapital market transactions that allow Rentomojo to grow and deliver new products and services to customers.
Responsibilities And Ownership

- Manage company's capital structure and review with senior leaders.
- Partner with various business teams to support financing decisions.
- Documentation for on boarding investors and serve as the key point of contact for the investor
community.
- Build analytical models to evaluate capital structure decisions including financing, return of capital,
and contingency planning.
- Build and / or maintain deal collateral, teaser, one pager, Information memorandum, financial model,
debt profile, other important metrices. Etc
- Assist in research for various information cuts, new MVPs, new business lines, new financing
structures, etc
- Assist in data mining for new financing structures, means of finance, nature of lenders / investors
(both domestic and / or international).
- Model credit rating outcomes and assist in managing relationship with rating agencies.
- Support maintenance, user entitlement and activities relating to Treasury workstation and electronic
banking portals.
- Provide broad-based, analytical support to the Treasury team for cash management processes and
initiatives.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Your performance and interest would be the first qualification that would

- Chartered Accountant / CA Inter + MBA / Other Post Graduate course/B.com + CA Inter (3-4 years of
relevant experience)
- Preferably with 1+ years experience in startup finance, debt syndication, project finance, investor
relationship, Financial Modelling.
- Advanced level expertise with MS excel, Word, PPT and other similar tools.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
