Hiring for US Chemical manufacturing company
Experience- 15-22 yrs
Education- BE (Mechanical/Electrical)
Lead Domestic and Import Capex Procurement which include Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation for Vadodara and Dahej sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans focused on value engineering and cost optimization.
Should have deep knowledge of Maintenance repair and operation purchase (MRO), Utility (Fuel and Lubricants) Purchase, R&D and Lab procurements & US Sourcing (Source from India and sent to US as per their needs)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business objectives.
Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction through local sourcing and value engineering.
Manage a team of 5 procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures, including ethical sourcing and environmental sustainability.
