Capacity Manager

As an experienced professional with 3.5 - 6 years of experience in ITIL framework knowledge and operational experience in Availability & Capacity Management, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Work with Service Towers to obtain requirements and ensure that new or modified IT services meet availability targets. - Collaborate with Service Towers to produce and maintain an appropriate and up-to-date Capacity Plan, aligning with the current and future needs of the business. - Enhance IT service availability by monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and reporting service and component availability in coordination with Service Towers. - Develop and maintain an Availability Plan in collaboration with Service Towers to prioritize and plan IT availability improvements. - Address availability-related incidents and problems to ensure that service performance achievements meet or exceed all agreed performance targets. - Assess the availability impact of new change requests in coordination with Service Towers. - Monitor IT availability levels, compare actual levels against targets, and take necessary actions to address any shortfalls.
