Capacity Manager

You have 3.5 to 6 years of experience in ITIL framework knowledge and operational experience in Availability & Capacity Management. As part of your responsibilities, you will work closely with Service Towers to gather requirements to ensure that new or modified IT services meet availability targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with Service Towers to develop and maintain an appropriate Capacity Plan that aligns with the current and future needs of the business. Your role will involve enhancing IT service availability through activities such as monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and reporting service and component availability. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining an Availability Plan that focuses on prioritizing and planning IT availability improvements. It is essential for you to address availability-related incidents and problems to ensure that service performance meets or exceeds all agreed performance targets. Furthermore, you will need to work with Service Towers to evaluate the availability impact of new change requests. Monitoring IT availability levels, comparing actual levels against targets, and addressing any shortfalls will be part of your responsibilities to maintain optimal service performance.,
