Capability Manager Clinical Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Clinical Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize clinical processes within client health systems. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling and organizing healthcare and operational data to support informed decision-making across the organization. You will also play a key role in evolving clinical analytics to enhance insight generation, root-cause identification, and best-practice adoption. Key Activities: - Compile and organize healthcare and operational data to support data-driven decision-making. - Evolve clinical analytics to increase insight generation and best-practice adoption. - Identify opportunities to adopt sophisticated analytical models for actionable insights. - Ensure accurate data capture for clinical analytics portfolio rationalization. - Support content curation and dissemination processes for decision-making at all levels. - Create analytics to support effective decision-making across various health system sites of care. Primary Responsibilities: - Create new analytical insights related to clinical effectiveness, quality, outcomes, and performance. - Develop solutions to support requirements and answer relevant questions about performance and optimization. - Prioritize business needs within the clinical domain while considering resource availability. - Follow best practices for content curation and analytical storytelling. - Document processes throughout the analytical lifecycle. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and directives related to employment terms. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - 5 years of healthcare experience with a background in health system analytics. - 3 years of experience in clinically focused consulting or large healthcare projects. - Ability to interact with leadership at all levels. - Proven track record in promoting analytics-based decision-making. - Familiarity with key health management areas. - Expertise in compiling and organizing healthcare data. - Strong ability to manage analytics initiatives. - Excellent communication skills. - Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields. - Epic Certifications. - Clinical licensure or experience. - Proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn. - Experience with BI tools or willingness to learn. - Participation in cross-functional efforts. - Experience with advanced analytical methodologies.
