Capabilities and Insights Analytics Analyst

Role Overview: You will be a Capabilities and Insights Analytics (C&I-A) Analyst at QuantumBlack, working in multi-disciplinary environments to harness data for real-world impact on organizations globally. Your role will involve influencing recommendations for clients to enhance their businesses and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Solve complex business problems for clients in various industries worldwide while leading research and development of cutting-edge analytical and automation models - Collaborate with industry executives and QuantumBlack experts to bring the latest advances in business intelligence, data engineering, and AI to clients, identifying opportunities to enhance business performance using data and advanced analytical models - Engage closely with clients to understand their business needs and establish end-to-end analytical models using business intelligence and analytical tools - Partner with QuantumBlack leadership and client executives to analyze business problems and implement state-of-the-art analytics and AI solutions - Work alongside data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and designers to develop comprehensive analytics solutions that drive tangible impact for clients in the real world - Contribute to one of the most talented and diverse analytics teams globally, collaborating with experts across various disciplines to enable business goals with data and analytics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields with a strong academic background - 2-5 years of extensive technical experience in Microsoft Fabric, Tableau or PowerBI, Python, and SQL. Exposure to no-code data processing tools is advantageous - Proficiency in writing clean, scalable, and robust code in Python and SQL within a professional setting - Experience in building business algorithms and simulation engines to address business challenges - Knowledge of Engineering standards, QA/Risk Management - Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences - Client-facing skills, including working in collaborative teams on data engineering and machine learning projects - Willingness to travel to domestic and international destinations for project requirements,
