Candidate Sourcing Officer

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates with various skill sets based on job specifications. Your role will involve maintaining effective communication with clients to gather feedback and ensure smooth coordination. You will utilize job portals, social networks, and headhunting techniques to search for potential candidates. Matching candidate profiles to job descriptions, conducting thorough interviews either in person or over the phone to assess experience and skill levels, and confirming candidate availability for the positions are key aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be required to review and enhance candidate resumes to accurately reflect their qualifications and experiences. Facilitating client interviews, managing necessary paperwork for selected candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process are vital responsibilities.
