Job Description

As a Candidate Source & Screen Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your responsibilities will include aligning with the Recruitment vertical to deliver candidates based on the Recruiting Plan. You will be accountable for services such as Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding, and Internal Shared Services. By connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience, you will help leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life and enhance outcomes. Your key tasks will involve building a proactive sourcing plan, identifying sourcing channels and tactical strategies aligned with organizational goals, and ensuring the attraction of the best talent. You will participate in establishing and developing operations, lead sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, develop networks of potential future hires, measure recruitment metrics, update recruiting procedures, supervise the recruiting team, ensure service standards, and implement process excellence improvements within the Talent Attraction LOB. In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of contracted services, implementing procedural and policy improvements, designing daily operation procedures, establishing reporting and governance arrangements, championing client processes, ensuring client satisfaction, acting as an escalation point for issues, and promoting skills and experience growth within the Service Line. You will be involved in analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, understanding team goals set by senior management, interacting with peers, requiring minimal guidance on new assignments, making decisions that impact the team, managing medium-small sized teams, and potentially working in rotational shifts. With your 10 to 14 years of experience and a graduation degree, you are expected to demonstrate a deep awareness of business and industry issues, contribute to business advancement, provide solutions to complex problems, and ensure effective management controls for efficient service delivery. Your role will be instrumental in driving recruitment success and enhancing client and company outcomes.,
