Roles and Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Development

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of workflow solutions using

  Camunda BPM

  .
• Develop and maintain robust workflows, decision tables, BPMN/DMN models, and automation processes.
  
• Implement

  RESTful APIs

  and integrate Camunda with internal and external applications.
• Develop backend components using

  Java

  , ensuring high performance and reliability.

2. Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and support to development teams.
  
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Camunda, offering expertise on BPM capabilities and limitations.
  

3. Integration & Frontend Collaboration

• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate Camunda with

  ReactJS

  interfaces.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms and services.
  

4. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

• Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance optimization.
  
• Troubleshoot workflow issues, ensure smooth deployment, and provide production support as needed.
  

5. Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Engage effectively with business users, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical teams with clarity.
  

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, design specifications, and test cases.
  
• Ensure adherence to banking domain compliance, security protocols, and development standards.
  

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  Java

  and

  Camunda BPM

  development.
• Strong experience building workflows, process automations, and orchestration solutions.
  
• Experience working within BFSI (Banking/Financial Services) domain is highly preferred.
  
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, DMN, CMMN, Java, Spring Boot, and REST API integration.
  
• Prior experience in leading development teams or playing a lead role is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in

  Informatics, Computer Science, or Information Technology

  (or related discipline).

• Camunda Certification is mandatory

  (Camunda Level 2 Certified Developer preferred).
