Campus Recruitment Trainer (CRT)

Job Title: Campus Recruitment Trainer (CRT) Location: Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad).

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct training sessions on aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and communication skills.

· Train students for Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI).

· Guide students on resume writing, corporate etiquette, and overall interview preparation.

· Conduct mock tests, mock interviews, and provide constructive feedback.

· Identify student skill gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.

· Develop and update training modules, practice papers, and content.

· Coordinate with the Placement Officer for training schedules and placement requirements.

· Track and report student progress, assessment results, and training outcomes.

· Stay updated with industry hiring trends and campus recruitment patterns.

· Motivate and mentor students to improve their employability and placement success.

Education Qualification:

· Post-graduation (MBA, MA English, or related field) is preferred. Having 2-3 years of experience.

· Candidates with certifications in aptitude training, soft skills, or communication skills will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
