You’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring digital marketers handing out informative pamphlets, engaging with students, and helping them take their first step toward a future-proof career. What You’ll Do: Visit colleges, institutes, and training centers across designated areas. Actively engage with both outgoing and incoming students about NIHT’s Digital Marketing programs. Distribute handbills and marketing materials with energy and clarity. Collect leads, encourage sign-ups, and convert interest into enrollments. Meet monthly targets earn incentives for every sale you generate. Represent NIHT with professionalism, positivity, and passion. What We’re Looking For: Someone who is outgoing, confident, and proactive a natural networker. Good communication and interpersonal skills you know how to spark interest! Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple locations. Reliability, consistency, and the drive to hit or exceed monthly targets. Prior experience in field marketing, sales promotion, or campus engagement is a plus, but not required. What You’ll Get: Base compensation- ₹5000 + Incentive in sales.
