  Develop and execute campus-specific strategies to increase Spotlight membership.

• Event Management:

  Plan and host workshops, seminars, and networking sessions.

• Brand Representation:

  Act as the official spokesperson for Spotlight, ensuring brand values are communicated effectively.

• Feedback Loop:

  Gather insights from students to help Spotlight improve its offerings.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience in leading clubs, societies, or student organizations is a plus.
• Passion for community building and networking.
