Campsite Manager – Hospitality Operations

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Campsite Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campsite in Munnar. The role involves managing guest check-ins, tent allotments, staff coordination, and ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily campsite operations including guest reception, tent allocation, and activity scheduling.
• Supervise and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest service.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of camping equipment, tents, and other supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards at the campsite.
• Assist in organizing camp activities, bonfires, and guided tours.
• Maintain financial records (guest bookings, cash flow, and expense tracking).
• Coordinate with vendors and local authorities when required.
