What You’ll Do

• Lead on-ground campaign operations and coordinate with local political teams
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with voters, leaders & community representatives
• Shape compelling political narratives around Kerala’s development initiatives
• Manage campaign teams and volunteers across constituencies
• Plan and execute events, rallies, and community meetings

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong interest in Kerala’s political landscape & developmental issues

✅ Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills

✅ Prior field experience with public interaction

✅ Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English

✅ Flexibility to work in challenging field conditions

Preferred Background
