Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Ad-Trafficking, Reporting, Screenshots, data discrepancy investigation etc.
  • Review and optimize campaign delivery on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure that the process flow is adhered.
  • Pay attention to details and conduct self-checks.
  • Perform accuracy checks of requests processed by team members
  • Resolve and clarify customer queries.
  • Be a team player who is self-motivated, passionate, and highly responsive.
  • Track and monitor ones own performance.
  • Identify process improvements and drive along with Team Leader.
  • Assist team leader in error analysis and corrective actions implementation
  • Acquire skillsets as per business requirement.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to the team members on campaign management
  • Tasks prioritization and workload distribution.
  • Effectively engage with client to ensure delivery of campaigns.
  • Self-driven in day-to-day production activities (campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving/campaign pacing issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands on experience in: GAM/DFP
  • Knowledge of Objectives: CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, Viewability & Pacing
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
  • Knowledge of Internet/Social Networks
  • Experience in Online Advertising (Display vs Search Ads)/ Digital Media industry, jargon and current trends, Java, HTML
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads metrics and performance optimization
  • Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and MS Office skills
