Campaign Management Trainees

Job Description: As an aspirant for the Email Marketing position at Uplers, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the email marketing calendar for assigned clients. This includes ideating and conceptualizing campaigns, building or coordinating the creation of emails and landing pages, segmenting lists, deploying campaigns, and reporting on results. You will diligently follow the QA checklist to ensure flawless campaign delivery and focus on driving results. A significant part of your role will involve creating, executing, and analyzing A/B test plans to enhance email campaign performance and conversion rates, encompassing all email marketing metrics. Additionally, you will develop corresponding landing pages for campaigns, conduct thorough testing before deployment, and measure/report on the performance of email campaigns and A/B test plans. Your contribution will also involve managing ongoing reporting for launched campaigns and aligning each campaign's performance with the email marketing objectives of clients. Furthermore, you will assist in marketing automation campaigns, retargeting ads, list clearing, and other aspects of email marketing. Your role will also involve evaluating and enhancing the process of understanding each client's needs to deliver a delightful experience.
