We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Ad Trafficker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the advertising, creative, and technical teams to ensure the seamless execution of digital ads, ensuring they are delivered on time, error-free, and meet campaign objectivesKey Responsibilities:oAd Campaign Setup:Trafficking digital ads across multiple platforms/productss (display, video, social, programmatic, etc.) by ensuring proper creative formats, sizes, and targeting are adhered to. oQuality Assurance:Review and ensure all creative assets meet technical specifications and are free from errors. Resolve any discrepancies before the ads go live. oCampaign Monitoring:Monitor ad campaigns and traffic, ensuring optimal delivery and performance. Troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery, discrepancies, or technical difficulties. oOptimization:Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to adjust for better targeting, delivery, and conversion rates. oReporting:Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions etc. ooClient Communication:Work with the client services team to ensure that ad requirements and campaign goals are clearly understood and met. oStay Updated:Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in ad trafficking and digital advertising. What are we looking for? oBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).oProven experience in digital advertising and ad trafficking (preferably 1-2 years). oFamiliarity with advertising platforms (GAM, Magnite, or any third-party Ad server.) and ad-serving technologies. oStrong understanding of ad formats, targeting, and tracking methodologies. oExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills. oStrong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. oAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly. oKnowledge of analytics tools is a plus. oAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in Video, Audio, Mobile Advertising, or Digital Advertising. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Working with dynamic team. Work from office or Hybrid depending on project requirements The role involves a night shift to align with US client with 5-day working schedule with 2 days off each week. Qualification Any Graduation
