What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designThe planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.

Skills:

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in offshore delivery governance.Experience with process improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with offshore delivery tools and technologies.CRM Industry KnowledgeExperience in governance, risk management, or compliance roles.Strong understanding of offshore delivery operations and processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: Good knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms like Braze, Adobe and SFMC.Hands on Adobe and Braze knowledge to also act as Tech lead in supporting various components of Braze/Adobe especially around Journeys and Automations will be an added advantageCompliance and Process Adherence:Ensure offshore delivery operations comply agreed operating standards and enforce adherence to established processes and procedures.Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to offshore delivery operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.Performance Monitoring:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of offshore delivery operations. Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in offshore delivery operations. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of offshore delivery operations. Implement best practices and lessons learned.Governance Framework:Develop and maintain a governance framework for offshore delivery operations. Define roles, responsibilities, and processes to ensure effective governance.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of governance processes, procedures, and policies. Ensure documentation is easily accessible and understandable.
