Job Description:
WebEngage prides itself on delivering efficient, effective solutions across a wide range of industries. The key to our success largely depends on our Solutions Engineering team's stellar ability. We're currently searching for a campaign executive to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. The role of a Campaign Executive is to interface with customers/account managers to identify their campaign needs and set up the decided campaigns based on expectations with highest quality and in the appropriate timeframe. You will need to work with various departments such as engineering/development, support, success and onboarding to work together in order to help achieve the business requirements of our customers through custom implementations to balance various aspects of the project, from safety to design.
The main objective of this role is to help and support business teams with customer requirements for campaign executions and help deliver value of our product in the most effective and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- 
Understand customer requirements, and create and execute an implementation strategy based on them.
 - 
Responsible for the development, management and delivery of Email, SMS, PUSH, In-app campaigns along with Onsite notification and surveys for a portfolio of clients.
 - 
The work will vary across the technical and digital marketing spectrum, from content and creative to e-commerce and conversion.
 - 
Contribute and support the customer success managers on the creation and execution of campaigns in order to manage and deliver campaigns on time.
 - 
Develop vibrant and proactive relationships with campaign stakeholders.
 
Requirements:
Education Background:
Bachelorʼs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience:
Experience of 1 year preferred. Freshers can also apply.
Any experience in campaign design, campaign implementation for CRM, CDP, or Website notification setup is
advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of:
Tool Experience
- 
Experience with Jira, Zendesk, etc and similar ticketing systems. 
 - 
Good written and verbal communication skills.
 - 
Must be flexible & adaptable with the work schedule, team & multi-priority tasks.
 
Plus to have:
- 
Customer handling would be an added advantage.
 - 
Intermediate level experience of HTML, CSS, Javascript would be a plus.
 - 
Proven Experience in working with marketing automation tools is a plus.
