Campaign Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Campaign Executive to support and execute online campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, asset management, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, vetting campaign materials, and ensuring all promotional elements are properly executed.

Responsiblities:

Campaign Planning & Coordination:

?Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all campaign assets (banners, creatives, promo details) are submitted on time.

?Track campaign timelines, deadlines, and dependencies, ensuring smooth execution.

?Create and manage Trello cards for tracking campaign-related tasks and approvals.

?Submit eDM/PNS URLs and campaign copy for approvals, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.

Campaign Execution & Management:

?Review and vet promotional banners for quality, compliance, and alignment with campaign objectives.

?Check and validate the campaign promo table, ensuring accurate data entry and correct booking.

?Upload banners and other campaign assets to the appropriate platforms while maintaining quality control.

?Coordinate, approve, and execute sponsored solutions, ensuring proper placement and performance tracking.

Quality Control & Reporting:

?Ensure all campaign elements meet branding, platform, and promotional guidelines.

?Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to campaign execution, flagging discrepancies proactively.

?Collaborate with relevant teams to analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

Qualifications:

?3+years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or campaign management.

?Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

?Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.

?Excellent communication and coordination skills.

?Familiarity with marketing, paid advertising, and promotional strategies.

?Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).

?Understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting.
