Campaign Developer

As a Campaign Developer in the banking or financial services domain, you will leverage your 4+ years of experience to design, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. Your role will involve working closely with marketing, data, and compliance teams to deliver targeted communications, enhance customer engagement, and ensure regulatory adherence. You will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized 1:1 customer communication journeys, building and optimizing workflows and campaign automation, and extending and customizing Adobe Campaign database schema. Additionally, you will work with SQL to extract, transform, and segment customer data from banking data warehouses and external sources using ETL processes like SSIS. Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, coordinating the execution of multichannel campaigns, managing offer libraries, and collaborating with marketing teams to deliver campaigns aligned with business goals are key aspects of your role. You will also resolve production issues efficiently and monitor campaign performance metrics to recommend data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate for this position should have 4+ years of experience in Adobe Campaign development, strong proficiency in SQL, and experience with ETL processes and tools like SSIS. Hands-on experience with campaign workflow orchestration, HTML/CSS for email template customization, and familiarity with data privacy laws are also essential.
