Cameraman (Video Producer)

Role & responsibilities

• Filming & Production:

  Plan, shoot, and execute video content using DSLR and mobile cameras for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn.

• Lighting & Setup:

  Manage camera framing, lighting, and sound to ensure professional-quality output.

• Video Editing:

  Edit and assemble footage with color correction, sound design, and graphics integration.

• Post-Production Support:

  Use After Effects and Premiere Pro for visual enhancements, transitions, and simple motion graphics.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the content and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.

• Travel:

  Be available to travel within the city and across India for shoots, as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in

  DSLR (Sony Alpha Mark III)

  and

  mobile videography

  .
• Strong understanding of

  lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  After Effects

  (Illustrator / Photoshop a plus).
• Knowledge of

  sound recording and color correction

  techniques.
• Understanding of

  social media video formats, compression, and optimization

  .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Minimum

  3 years

  of professional experience in filming, video production, or digital content creation.
• Prior experience creating short-form content for

  digital-first platforms

  preferred.
