We are hiring a Creative Media Manager / Video Content Creator to take complete ownership of our clothing brand's visual content (LamaStore.in). This role requires someone who can conceptualise, write, shoot, direct, and edit content end-to-end, specifically for Social Media ads, reels, and brand creatives. Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory) Candidates must share a portfolio (Instagram page, Google Drive, website, or YouTube) showcasing: Video ads Reels Shot + edited content No portfolio = no interview Key Responsibilities 1. Concept Development & Scriptwriting Independently create content concepts for video ads, reels, and brand creatives Write short, high-performing ad scripts (hooks, transitions, CTAs) for Instagram Translate brand objectives into engaging visual storytelling Adapt scripts based on performance feedback and platform trends 2. Video Production & Editing Shoot high-quality video ads, reels, and short-form brand content Handle camera setup, framing, angles, and basic lighting Edit raw footage into conversion-focused ad creatives Optimize videos for Instagram Ads, Reels, and Stories (aspect ratios, pacing, text) 3. Shoot Planning, Direction & Execution Plan and execute studio, outdoor, lifestyle, and in-home shoots Direct models (poses, expressions, movement) during shoots Ensure set design, styling, and composition align with brand aesthetics Take full on-ground responsibility for shoot quality and outcome 4. Shoot Coordination & Logistics Manage all shoot logistics including locations, timelines, props, and people Coordinate with models, vendors, and internal teams as required Ensure shoots are executed smoothly with minimal supervision 5. Brand Media Ownership (Photo + Video) Be the single point owner for LamaStore.ins visual media output Continuously create fresh video and still content for marketing use Maintain consistency in brand look, tone, and quality across all assets Deliver final output that is ready-to-post or ready-for-ads 6. Still Photography & Asset Management Shoot product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes still photos Perform basic photo editing, exports, and formatting for platforms Organize and maintain raw and final media assets systematically Required Skills Video shooting & editing (hands-on) Instagram Reels & Ad creatives Camera handling (DSLR / Mirrorless / iPhone) On-location shoot execution Directing models & scenes Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Capcut (any one) Basic lighting & framing knowledge Content writing, storytelling for ads Fashion / D2C brand exposure (preferred) Education Any Graduate (Skills > Degree) Must-Have Profile Traits Strong creative sense and attention to detail Comfortable being on-ground at shoots Takes complete ownership of outcomes Understands what works on Instagram ads Can work independently and manage multiple shoots
