This opportunity is for a full-time on-site Primary Years Coordinator - Cambridge position based in Bengaluru. The Primary Years Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the primary years curriculum, collaborating with teachers and staff, and ensuring an engaging learning atmosphere for young students. The Primary Years Coordinator for the Cambridge curriculum will primarily focus on overseeing the implementation of the Cambridge International Curriculum for primary school students. Some key responsibilities associated with this role include: - Curriculum Implementation: Ensuring the effective coordination and management of the Cambridge curriculum in alignment with school objectives. - Teacher Support: Providing guidance and training to educators on the Cambridge curriculum and best educational practices. - Assessment and Evaluation: Coordinating assessments, analyzing student performance data, and delivering accurate reports to parents and school administrators. - Communication: Acting as a bridge between the Cambridge board, parents, and teachers to facilitate seamless curriculum execution. - Student Progress Monitoring: Tracking student development, identifying areas for enhancement, and devising supportive strategies. Qualifications for this role include: - Proficiency in the Cambridge Curriculum: A solid grasp of the Cambridge International Curriculum and its standards. - Leadership and Communication Skills: Capable of mentoring teachers, effectively communicating with parents and administrators, and leading curriculum enhancements. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to guide curriculum development and student support initiatives. The work environment for this position will be within a primary school setting, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and administrators. Prior experience with the Cambridge curriculum and assessment frameworks is a definite advantage for this role.,
