As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled CAM Programmer to join our team. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CAM Programmer to support our customer evaluation process. This role involves using CAM software to program customer- submitted sample parts and machining them on our CNC systems for demonstration and testing purposes. The ideal candidate will work closely with both the R&D and Sales departments to deliver high-quality machined samples and support machine demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: • Use CAM software to create programs for customer-submitted sample parts. • Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC micro machining centers to produce demo parts. • Collaborate with the Sales and R&D teams to understand customer requirements and deliver accurate part simulations. • Assist in machine demonstrations for visiting clients and help showcase machine capabilities. • Provide feedback to the R&D team on machine performance and programming requirements. • Maintain accurate records of programs and machining processes for future reference. Qualifications: • Proven experience in CAM programming for CNC machines, preferably 3, 4, and 5-axis systems. • Proficiency in one or more CAM software tools (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX, or similar).

• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and setup techniques. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in micro machining or high-precision machining environments. • Prior exposure to customer-facing technical roles or machine demonstrations.
