The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CAM programming for CNC machines, with the ability to convert 2D and 3D designs into precise CNC programs. You will be instrumental in ensuring machining efficiency and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate CAM programs using Mastercam software Interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and 3D models Input product designs into Mastercam and generate optimized toolpaths Select appropriate cutting tools and machining strategies Simulate and validate toolpaths for accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with design and production teams for program validation Adjust programs and machine settings based on feedback or deviations Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during production Maintain and update CAM program documentation Support troubleshooting during the machining process Train junior staff on CAM programming procedures and Mastercam usage Requirements: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering 3 to 8 years of experience in CAM Programming using Mastercam Proficiency in 2D and 3D toolpath generation Strong understanding of CNC machining operations and cutting tools Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and tool room operations Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to work in shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of Siemens control is an added advantage Key Skills: Mastercam , CAM Programming, CNC Toolpaths, Engineering Drawings, Manufacturing Process, Cutting Tools, Tool Engineering, CNC Machining, Tool Room Operations, Siemens Control (Optional)

We have Opening for CAM Programmer one of our client Company (MNC) Work Location : Devanahalli B'lore Key Accountabilities: Preparation of part CNC programs in Siemens NX and prove out of components on the machine. Excellent knowledge of CAD/CAM tools like Siemens NX, CATIA, and Vericut in a manufacturing environment is a must. Familiarity with machine controllers like Siemens, and Fanuc is required Postprocessor modification and auto-probing knowledge is an added advantage Knowledge of multi-axis machines like Mill Turn, Turn Mills, VMC, HMC, and Turning is necessary Selection of Cutting tools with optimized cutting parameters & knowledge for maximum tool life and quality of cut is a must. Strong knowledge of the process, fixture design, interpretation of drawing GD & T Preparation of process sequence setup sheet for various operations. Cycle time estimation for new parts Cycle time reduction for existing parts to achieve cost reduction Interface and coordinate with In-house manufacturing, Quality, and Production. Work very closely with production to ensure that all the NPD requirements will be closely met as planned. Sample development, proving the First Article Inspection to ensure the highest quality required Knowledge of 5-axis machine programs is an added advantage Good communication skills and interpersonal skills is required. Knowledge of 6 sigma, Lean, and Kaizen is added advantage. Knowledge of operating machines is added advantage. Knowledge of Aero-engine, Aerostructure & Actuator parts is an added advantage. Reporting: The position reports into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager (A&D) 7-11 years of experience in Production engineering- CNC Programming Key Skills Required: Knowledge of the manufacturing processes Tooling selection and application Knowledge about Modelling and Programing with Siemens NX8 suitable for CNC mill & turn machining sequence. Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Design Engineer with a strong background in technical drawing and 3D modeling. This role involves collaborating with engineering and design teams ensuring adherence to specifications and project requirements Required Candidate profile The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Autodesk, and possess hands-on experience in production, sampling, and prototype development.

Role & responsibilities: 1) Read technical drawings and analyze given 3D solid model 2) Generating optimum tool path using NX2406 on 3, 4 & 5-axis machines. 3) Selection of the cutting tools & its cutting parameter (cutting speed, depth of cut, etc.) 4) Preparing tool lists, setup sheets 5) Ability to define and troubleshoot manufacturing/machining processes. 6) Prove-out support. Must Have Competencies: 1) Min 1+ years of CNC Programming using NX2406 on 3, 4 & 5-Axis Machines. 2) Hands on experience in SIEMENS 810D, 840D, FANUC & HeidenHain control 3) Good knowledge of cutting tools 4) Good Knowledge of cutting parameters needed for Aluminum alloys, Steel, Titanium, Inconel, etc... 5) GD&T proficiency Preferred Competencies: 1) Aerospace manufacturing background in composites, machined parts. 2) Adhering to Quality Manual and AS9100 Rev D requirements. 3) Interpret inspection and CMM data to analyze results.

Role & responsibilities VMC Setter / Supervisor : Experience in production / NPD & trouble shooting of production issues Setting and programming knowledge of CNC milling (Must) Should have good knowledge on GD&T, drawing reading, cutting tools and parameters, poko yoke and kaizen activates. CNC/CAM Programmer: Knowledge on CAM Programming (Solid CAM is must).
