S.No Knowledge and Skills: 1 Lead process validation and capability analyses through development, ramp, and high-volume production and identify automation opportunities and manage corrective actions to improve yield. 2 Expertise in CNC Programming across 3 to 5axis Operations, Creating Macro Statements, Handling Probe, Presetter, Basic Measuring Equipment and other Special gauges for the inspection of the Product and the Equipment's. 3 Expertise in handling CAD & CAM Software and developing detailed machine processes including Tool selection, Tool Path, Cutting Parameters and Fixturing strategies for efficient and accurate operation. 4 Collaborate with Quality, Production, and other Cross functional teams to validate processes and implement engineering changes in terms of Kaizen, Cost Saving, Man power Optimization and Poka Yoke effectively. 5 Initiate the Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Principles to Streamline Production Process, Optimize the Work Flow, Eliminate the Waste and to Improve the Operational Efficiency. 6 Expertise in conducting and document Process Capability studies (Cp, Cpk) and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximize machine productivity and minimize downtime. 7 Hands of Experience in conducting the experiment like DOE (Design of Experiments), SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis, Waterfall Study and Data-driven yield improvements. 8 Define Process Parameters, DFM, SOP & Other Documents supported for the Process, Consumables, Secondary Operations, and Qualifications. 9 Expertise in preparing detailed Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs), and Control Plans (CPs) for effective process management and risk mitigation. 10 Support Internal and External audits (Includes Customer Audit) by ensuring document traceability, calibration records, and compliance to documentation protocols. 11 Continuously monitor and update key manufacturing performance metrics including OPP (Overall Process Performance), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), PPH (Parts Per Hour), FTQ (First Time Quality), tool and consumable usage, CPC (Cost Per Component), and scrap cost. 12 Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsmust influence and collaborate globally

We are seeking an experienced Senior CAM Engineer with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing advanced CAM programs to support the production of high-precision aerospace components, including those used in engines, airframes, and structural assemblies. This position requires deep expertise in multi-axis CNC machining, aerospace-grade materials, and strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Create and optimize CNC toolpaths using advanced CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, CATIA, or HyperMill) for 3, 4, and 5-axis machining. Program complex aerospace components with tight tolerances and high surface finish requirements. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and strategies for materials such as titanium, Inconel, aluminum, and composites. Review and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T in accordance with aerospace standards. Collaborate with design, CNC operators, and quality assurance to ensure manufacturing feasibility and compliance. Develop setup sheets, operation instructions, and standard work procedures. Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time, scrap, and tooling costs. Assist in the development and maintenance of post processors and machine simulation environments. Ensure compliance and customer-specific quality standards. Mentor junior CAM engineers and support cross-functional technical reviews. Experience: Minimum 58 years of CAM programming experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Proven experience with aerospace CNC machining (turbine components, structural parts, engine brackets, etc.). Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and aerospace documentation practices. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CAM tools (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, CATIA, HyperMill). CNC programming for 5-axis mills and complex lathes (mill-turn machines preferred). Familiarity with aerospace materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, high-temp alloys). Working knowledge of CAD platforms (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.). Experience with ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill is a plus). Soft Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: • CAM programming certification (e.g., Siemens NX CAM, Mastercam Certified). • Experience with digital twin and virtual machining tools. • Familiarity with additive manufacturing or hybrid manufacturing technologies. • Exposure to aerospace OEM or Tier 1 supplier standards and audits.
