The Naseeb Entertainment, established by Mr. Mitulsinh Parmar in 2019, is a dynamic media production company based in Ahmedabad. We specialize in social media management, cinematic shoots, graphic design, photography, and videography to create compelling content for various clients. With a focus on excellence and creativity, we showcase expertise in corporate AVs, product shoots, advertising design, and social media management. This is a full-time on-site role for a Calling Person at The Naseeb Entertainment in Ahmedabad. As a Calling Person, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with clients. Your role will involve ensuring effective communication and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in customer service or call center roles - Knowledge of the media production industry is a plus - Ability to lead generate and target base monthly {3-4} clients - In-office calling person - Salary is basic but good incentives are provided on closing deals or acquiring clients This position is based at our Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Kankariya) office.
