About the Role

We are looking for motivated and energetic Calling Executives to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging with prospects, maintaining follow-ups, and helping achieve business goals while working in US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects, leads, or clients.
• Communicate effectively to explain products, services, or campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, pitches, and call quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer outreach.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to work in US business hours (night shifts if outside the US).
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
