We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Office Executive to join Dessange Salon Mumbai. Dessange is a luxury French salon & spa brand with three prestigious centers in Mumbai (Bandra, Kemps Corner & Palladium Mall). With over 10 years of excellence in the city, Dessange continues to deliver world-class beauty and wellness experiences.

As the Master Franchisee for Mumbai, we are committed to offering our guests the very best. The Office Executive will play a key role in guest engagement by making outbound calls, understanding feedback, addressing reasons for discontinued visits, and encouraging guests to return by presenting exclusive offers, discounts, memberships, and packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to guests for feedback, relationship building, and retention.
• Understand reasons for reduced or discontinued visits and record guest insights.
• Present salon offers, memberships, and packages to encourage repeat visits.
• Provide customized solutions such as:
• Exclusive service discounts.
• Complimentary or trial services.
• Family & friends referral offers.
• Attractive membership and package deals.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the salon management team to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
• Prior customer service or tele-calling experience (preferred).
• Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/Salon software).
