Calling Associate- Healthcare Data-DHC

As a part of our team providing Healthcare Industry Data Collection and Research support to a US Based company specializing in healthcare commercial intelligence, your role will involve communicating directly with healthcare providers to verify and confirm executive contacts and titles. You will be responsible for updating C-Level executive data in directories, confirming correct spellings of names and designations, and entering all information accurately into databases. Regular communication with team leader/management/team members on project status and work assignments is essential. To excel in this role, you should be a passionate individual with 4-5 years of experience in calling roles, demonstrating high productivity and quality. Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications, and a degree in Finance/commerce, MBA, CFA, or any Post-Graduate Degree are required. Key skills for success in this position include the ability to handle conversations with U.S.-based healthcare providers, understanding healthcare terminology, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, working effectively in team and individual settings, keen attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and readiness to work in US Shift timings.
