Internship Opportunity: Call Support Intern

We’re looking for a Call Support Intern who is fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati. This is a people-facing role where communication quality directly reflects our brand. If you're friendly, confident, and organized — this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to assist users and clients.
• Respond to queries in Hindi, English, and Gujarati with clarity and patience.
• Record call outcomes and feedback systematically.
• Support internal teams by relaying relevant customer inputs.
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times.

Required Skills

• Strong spoken communication in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
• Clear and polite phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM preferred).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work from our office full-time for 6 months.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a support, telecalling, or helpdesk role.
• Interest in technology or startups.

• Duration: 6 months (Full-Time).
• Type: Onsite only.
• Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar.
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month (based on skill and performance).
