Job Description

As a Call Sales Trainer in the Agri Industry located in Safidon, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in elevating the performance of our tele-calling team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide impactful training sessions focusing on enhancing sales conversions, objection handling, and closing techniques. Your key responsibilities will include conducting training sessions on requirement gathering, where you will train agents to effectively identify customer pain points through strategic questioning. Additionally, you will organize mock call sessions to practice information-gathering techniques. For product pitch training, you will design and deliver engaging scripts tailored for the Agri Industry, ensuring that team members are well-versed in product USPs and value propositions while promoting need-based selling techniques. In objection handling training, you will use role-plays to simulate real-world scenarios and train agents on empathetic, confident, and solution-oriented approaches. Moreover, you will create a comprehensive objection response guide. When it comes to negotiation training, your focus will be on developing strong negotiation skills, particularly for price-sensitive clients, and emphasizing value-based selling over price-based approaches to minimize discounting. Sales closure training will involve coaching team members on proven closing techniques, recognizing buying signals, and emphasizing the importance of timing, urgency creation, and commitment building. You will also be responsible for implementing a structured follow-up strategy, training agents on CRM-based follow-up processes, and providing communication templates for follow-up calls and messages. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will conduct regular call audits, identify skill gaps for refresher training, track KPIs to measure post-training performance, and collaborate with Sales Heads to ensure training alignment. To excel in this role, you should possess proven knowledge of B2B/B2C sales processes, expertise in objection handling and negotiation, experience in designing engaging training modules, an analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness, and a high-energy, motivational communication style.
