Job Description

Urgent Requirement: Sr. Quality Analyst (BPO)

Sr. Call Quality analyst for US voice process (BPO)
Conduct regular audit of calls to ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements.
Provide constructive feedback to agents based on quality evaluations, highlighting strengths and areas for development.
Conduct compliance audits and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
