Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Explain property details, project highlights, and pricing to interested clients.
Schedule site visits and follow up with leads till closure.
Maintain and update CRM/lead sheet regularly.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead feedback.
Handle inbound calls and queries professionally.
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi, Gujarati & English preferred).
Experience in real estate calling / tele-sales / customer service is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
