Job Description: As a customer service representative, your role will involve handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly. You will utilize communication scripts and your knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs. Your responsibilities will include researching issues, resolving complaints, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. It will be essential for you to maintain ownership of calls throughout the customer's request lifecycle, including follow-ups with the escalation team. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in recommending improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
