Job Summary:

Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, doctor availability, and hospital services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and update patient information in the system.
  • Coordinate with OPD, billing, and other departments for smooth patient service.
  • Resolve patient queries promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure professional etiquette and empathy while handling all communications.
  • Support the front office and helpdesk operations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:

    Any Graduate (preferably with a background in Healthcare, Business, or Communication).
  • Experience:

    13 years of experience in a hospital call center or customer service role.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi (as applicable).
    • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Hospital Management System).
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Pleasant and patient-friendly demeanor.
