Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients Sort and categorize leads based on interest, potential, and service requirements Provide accurate information about procedures, consultations, and treatment options Schedule consultations with specialists and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain CRM records and call logs efficiently Actively engage with clients to convert leads into consultations and procedures Coordinate with doctors and front desk for smooth patient experience Meet monthly conversion targets to qualify for incentives Who You Are: Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Persuasive, confident, and patient-friendly Experience in healthcare/cosmetic/aesthetic industry preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge Perks: Fixed salary + performance-based conversion incentives Training on cosmetic procedures and services Opportunity to grow within a premium healthcare brand Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: ENGLISH (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9567997999
