Call Center Executive

As a Call Center Executive specializing in Financial Products Sales, your role will involve initiating outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote and sell various financial products. It will be crucial for you to develop a strong understanding of the company's financial products such as loans, insurance, investment plans, and credit cards. Building rapport with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions will be essential to drive sales and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Your responsibilities will also include adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while communicating information about financial products, ensuring accurate documentation for all sales transactions, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions will enable you to provide valuable insights and enhance sales strategies. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, proven experience in outbound sales (preferably in a call center environment), excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.
