Call Center Executive( Bengali Language)

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Bengali-speaking Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, answer queries, and provide excellent service in Bengali. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Bengali.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain call records and update databases.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Bengali (speaking, reading, and writing preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Hindi or English for internal communication.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
• Prior call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
